Following on from the Isle of Man TT rider announcement for the new season, Team ILR are also looking forward to linking up with Ryan Gibson in 2020.

The former Irish and Ulster Supersport Cup winner and regular Ulster Superbike podium finisher will race a Team ILR - Mark Coverdale Paton at the North-West 200 where he will return for his second visit following his debut in 2019, and the Ulster Grand Prix at Dundrod (subject to confirmation).

After excellent performances on the short circuits Ryan soon turned his attention to the roads, and in 2018 he had a solid debut at Dundrod with a 14th place in Thursday's Supersport race a particular highlight.

He followed this up with a strong 9th place ride in the 2019 Ulster GP Supertwin race after an exciting battle with James Chawke on a Team ILR - Mark Coverdale Paton.

Ryan, the son of former British and Irish Rallycross Champion Lawrence Gibson, is another rider who is returning to the Team ILR awning in 2020 having been supported by Ian Lougher and his team at the Sunflower Trophy Races at Bishopscourt in 2017.
