That lessons will be / have been learned diatribe in other conjured up sidestepping corporate words is "yeah we fkd up but that's not our fault because the rider should have noticed our process is flawed" - we all know why and they don't have to explain why the tests are carried out and surely the test should be 100% reliable either way........the bigger the explanation i've found generally means the bigger the initial mistake.
