I was at an Election of officers meeting last Tuesday opposite old disused Ballymoney Town Hall the whole building is covered in scaffolding and much progress is being made restoring and refurbishing it throughout, I am sure you will all be delighted to know that it is to be turned into a Museum in memory of Joey.
