Is it correct that TT08 will have no official Honda team as they are only going to the NW200

I have been reliably informed that Tommy Leonard is giving up the Honda franchise and will be closing.Honda have no interest in having an Isle of Man dealer anymore and have little or no interest in racing at the TT.
