Hi, has anyone replied to John of Oz to take up his offer as seen in these hallowed pages?

I e-mailed him, but no reply as yet; perhaps the Timor thing is keeping him out in the field, or other 'orrible 'appenings in Bali?

I think you are right, Sid. I hear regularly from John, but recent events in Indonesia will have put racing right out of his head. Just hope he and his colleagues can contain that problem.
