So, all of the webcam coverage that was available throughout the 2013 TT has been taken off the internet for reasons attributable to:-

"Banned due to copyright infringement".

This has most certainly created an awful lot of bad feeling with supporters of the TT both on and off Island (those who are off Island in particular), and they feel that this is an extremely heavy handed action by the "Rights Holders" and is no more than a Corporate action for future potential Commercial Gain purposes.

Anyone out there care to provide an answer to all of the people who are "upset and annoyed" about this action ??

Who holds the television rights for live coverage of the TT races ?

Who holds the Internet rights for live coverage of the TT races ?

Who retains rights coverage for any re-runs of the TT races be they either on television or Internet ?

This could end up being a real can of worms people !!!

very disapointed that the 90 years of sidecar racing lap of honour was not shown on tv,, i listened to the radio coverage interviews on the start line and it sounded fantastic,
