Of course we absolutely are MUCH grateful to ttwebsite.com for having compiled the 2003 TT results in a results book but unfortunately the results are quite far from being complete. The problem concerns the list of retirements.

First of all there has been an exchange between the Junior's and the Prod.600's retirements (the riders shown as retired in the Junior belong to the Prod.6000 and viceversa). If my calculation is correct there were 2 retirements in the Prod.600 and 10 retirements in the Junior. This calculation doesn't include the line non-starters as they are not shown in the book.

In second place the retirements in the F1 race should be in the number of 20 while on the results they are in the number of 19 and include Nigel Davies (who was a non-starter because of a pratice crash).

Does somebody have an idea about how to have a confirmation of the calculation above and how to have a complete F1 list of retirements (of course the problem is to know the names of the riders who failed to finish the first lap)? If we don't correct the results now they will go in some TT database and it will be much difficult to correct them in the future!
