Is Rob Frost entering after all

Reading about the Italian contingent coming this year, made me think about what happened to the Italian rider seriously injured in 93 I think, pardon the spelling Baldasare Monte, who rode World Superbikes for a while.

Also did Toni Bosman recover from his accident last year, I never heard anything more about it
