Received a similar E-Mail today and secured booking for 2021, after poor customer service over many years I really must applaud the efforts of the company on this occasion when the switch was painless and free! - good order.

I looked on line at my party's Manx GP booking over the wekend and it offered a full refund so I've taken it, our party varies most years. Taken screen dumps as a precaution.




Postscript, just looked at my account and full refund arrived overnight.

Unfortunate but brilliant service only a week after the cancellation.

I've just chosen my option for our MGP_CTT ferry booking. I've also emailed the SPC regarding our S100 ferry booking and hopefully, the options will be the same.
