Testing gets underway on Monday for the FIM Supersport World Championship and FIM Supersport 300 World Championship while the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship will take to the track on Wednesday and Thursday. With the start of the season getting closer, this test will be crucial for teams and riders to get up to speed after a long off-season.
Track action starts on Monday March 29th at 9:00am Local Time (GMT+2) with WorldSSP300 kicking off the four days of action with a two-hour session, followed by WorldSSP for two hours from 11:00am LT. A one-hour lunch break follows with WorldSSP300 returing to the track at 2:00pm LT and WorldSSP back at 4:00pm LT. This applies to both Monday and Tuesday for the two classes as they get eight hours of track time available to them each day. For WorldSBK, the class will be testing on Wednesday 31st March and Thursday 1st April with action taking place from 10:00am LT to 6:00pm on both days, giving teams and riders a mammoth 16 hours of track time available to them in Barcelona.
Live timing is available
HERE throughout the four days of the test so you can follow the action live throughout the test. However, if you’re not able to follow it live, we will be producing content throughout the test to keep you right up to date with everything that is going on. At the end of each day, there will be a highlights package covering the all-important stories and action while there will also be various interviews throughout the four days including the fastest riders from each class in each day. There will be reports from WorldSSP300 and WorldSSP after each two-hour block from the class while a midday report and an end-of-day report will be produced from WorldSBK.
