Oliver's mount gold cup sept 7th & 8th
Gold cup on early this year.

Anybody going for look?

I'll likely be going for a day, I'll pick the better weather day nearer the time and pay on the gate.

Not sure who's riding but I've heard Mike Browne there on an r6. I know nothing else and i cannot find a advert of who's riding.

Deano was a regular, Lee johnson has a good history there too, Rob Hodson like scarby too. But, I'm not sure if they will be there.

I will be there for the weekend. Hope the weather is better than The Manx. I live in Liverpool so I book a weekend ticket and chill.

Was gonna head over for Sunday's racing but weather forecast is rubbish. Bsb prices with farmyard facilities means i won't be going

If what I'm reading is correct, it looks like there was no action whatsoever at Oliver's mount today, mist and fog seems to have canned the day.

That's a shame - some good people are putting a lot of effort into keeping it running. They need to gate money.

They're saying they've had a good 2024 and it all looks promising for 2025.

Not sure how they'll play the gate money they took for Sunday, maybe roll onto a reduced ticket for a 2025 event.

They state they will roll Sunday over to next year but not if you bought a weekend ticket like me.
Next year I am going to pay on the gate each day. Not much is saved anyway by buying the weekend ticket.

That my usual policy. As you say, the saving is minimal, against the commitment.
