I'd like to post a picture, but it don't seem that I can, anyway what I have is a set of 5 TT race badges, each depicting a different stamp denominition, if that's the right word..
There is also a different bike on each badge, they are coloured as follows Grey, Pale Pink, Green, Blue and Orange.. each badge also has the Isle of Man post office and the post office stamp engraved on the back.. I'm hoping someone here can throw some light on them, as they were given to me by a friend who knows nothing about them, except maybe that they were especially commisioned for something that didn't take place .. :?: :?:

I used to have a set of Stamps the same as your badges.Each year the Manx post office used to issue a set of stamps commerating riders or machines which raced in the TT.As well as stamps,postcards of the stamps were issued along with badges resembling the stamps.

Sorry forgot to add that your badges are replicas of the stamps issued for the 80th anniversary of the TT races 1987. There is a first day cover for sale on Ebay with the stamps on.
