I've found a better sauce to make it with! Apparently a 'Scoville' is a measurement of the heat of a chilli. Dave's Insanity Sauce registers 51,000 scovilles. I tried a little dab on my finger once and nearly fell over when it kicked in. Blair's 3am Special Reserve weighs in with 1,500,00 to 2,000,000 scovilles and carries a danger warning, so I reckon a pint of that to every pound of sproughts should keep our chums regular...
