DAVY MORGAN PRESS RELEASE 14.06.06
It can now be revealed that both Davy Morgan and Des Moore, Team Principal of DMRR, have mutually indicated by written correspondence to each other on this day, Wednesday 14th June 2006, that they both wish to terminate their current agreement for 2006.
Appropriate paperwork in accordance with the relevant section in the agreement is presently being drawn up. This brings to an end the association of Davy Morgan and DMRR.
It is not for me to speculate as to the particular reasons for this split, other than to speak on behalf of Davy in thanking the various Team sponsors who have helped Davy in his short but relatively successful time at DMRR.
As was shown by Davy in what must have been difficult circumstances and climate, finishing 7th in the TT Senior race, accomplishing his best ever time around the famous circuit and being the first Irishman home in addition to his fine rides at the Cookstown and Tandragee backs up this claim of success.
Davy, who currently leads the 250 Championship, is now open to offers from any sponsors who wish to have a friendly, committed, determined and all round decent rider aboard their bikes for the remainder of the 2006 season.

i can tell ya, that Davy will ride an ex Ryan Farquhar Kawasaki,!, this bike was ridden by Davy Clarke, until he decided to quit!, and it was Thanks to Davys arch rival, and friend,John Burrows, that this came about!. Davy will be on board the bike at the Bush next week!, Good to see there is still sportsmanship in the paddock!
