Who eventually broke it , who was his passenger and what were the two lap records......???

Who won the overall sidecar TT that year (and in which year ?)

Ian, I know that Mick Boddice held the lap record at some time but who with, I don't know, could it be him? alf

Jock's record was 108.2something, and Mick (and Chas Birks?) was about .2 of a second quicker. It was the fateful 1989 of sad memory, and I don't think Mick won the overall event, as he broke down in one leg (as had Jock in 82)
I'm not very good at these questions, I'm afraid... think I'll go and see if the answers are on the TT databasenow!!
