At your marks ... get set ...
Can someone please explain to me how Klaffi can get a start number of 4 in the sidecar race as he never finnished last year and his times were not as quick as some who are starting behind him......

Me thinks there's something afoot .......... maybe its all the work he has done in turning up for the launches ... or should that be turned up at the expence of the Manx Government to all the lunches?

Anyway here is the start list

Star Studded Entry for T.T. 2008
17/04/2008 01:06:42

A top class entry has been accepted for T.T. 2008.

Eight former solo winners return and a staggering 38 riders have lapped the Mountain Course at more than 120 m.p.h..

Michael Rutter is the only big name missing.

In the Sidecar class, three former victors are in the line-up sharing 17 T.T. wins between them.

Triple World Champion Tim Reeves will make his debut.

T.T. and Motorsport Manager Paul Phillips says he's glad to be talking about race prospects again:-

Fair point about him not finishing races last year but Klaus is the 4th fastest driver of all time (112.503mph) and the three drivers who have lapped quicker than him are at number 1,2 and 3 - none of the drivers behind him in the start order have gone quicker.

You can go as fast as you like on one lap but you still have to finnish.... just ask Jim Moodie when he had that trick Honda and tyres ... new lap record on lap 1 and conked out at Braddan on lap 2... or was that ment ?

On Braddan, has anyone else seen the changes and it makes it look totally different on the approach, as if the tree has been planted in the middle of the road..... looks well dodgey for the first few laps until they all get used to it. Good job the slip road is wider .... or is that just an illusion as well? lol
