A PROBE into the death of motorcycle legend Steve Hislop in a helicopter crash will start tomorrow. His family dispute an Air Accident Investigation Branch report blaming his error as a pilot for the tragedy in Hawick, Roxburghshire, in July 2003.

They believe a mechanical fault or military aircraft caused the 41-year-old to crash.

Up to 20 witnesses will attend the five-day fatal accident inquiry at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.
