The proposed Joey Dunlop Foundation disabled visitors' holiday accommodation is closer to becoming reality with the announcement that a property on one of the most exciting parts of the Mountain Course could be converted in time for this year's Manx Grand Prix.

Work to create two units downstairs and one upstairs at Braddan Bridge House, which faces the Millennium Oak tree, should start soon.
