Re: Race 2 - 125/400 class - Lap 1
First through is Palmer but he runs very wide and loses about 4 places, Lougher takes the lead followed by Jackson,

Palmer actually brushed the bales as he ran wide,

Lougher leads, then Dobbs, Jackson,

Lougher comes through first on the road at X4ways, and Palmer is making uo the lost ground as he comes through in 2nd, then Dobbs and Jackson,

At the line it is Lougher then Palmer, then comes Madsen Mygdal, Dobbs, Jackson

Carolyn Sells crosses the line and going well

Re: Race 2 - 125/400 class - Lap 4
Palmer has his head down and he is really having a go to catch Lougher, he is +5 secs back at the moment.

X4ways - it is Lougher with Palmer getting closer, and Madsen Mygdal then Jackson, then Dobbs, Corlett, Clarke and taubman together.

Gail Musson is still out there giving it a go at the back.

Line - Lougher then Palmer - 5.32,

Nigel Beattie and Tony Moss go through,

Carolyn Sells goes through, Patrick Martin

Re: Race 2 - 125/400 class - Lap 7
Palmer is a man on a mission, he is really giving it everything to try and catch Lougher, but Lougher is running well.

Clarke and Taubman having a good dice on the road,

Lougher stretching the lead now and is 8.27 secs up on Palmer

Lougher, Palmer, Madsen-Mygdal, Jackson, Dobbs,

Gail Musson has settled down and is going very well.

Re: Race 2 - 125/400 class - Recap
Matt Jackson - "I'm knackered, I am home safe and sound and that's good, I got past Dave at the Iron Gate and I thought it's going well today".

Palmer changed his brake pads just prior to the start, and suffered front end vibration throughout the race. After pulling the bike out of the bales at Cross 4 Ways, he got it fired up again and set off but knew he would have to brake earlier and earlier for the corners, on the last lap he lost a lot of ground because the bike was "sick as a dog" and lucky to get over the line for 3rd spot.

John McGuinness is here today as a spectator and says he is really enjoying it, maybe even give it a go next year with a 600.
