Page 9 of the Driving Section, there is an article about the proposed all Island speed limit along with an action shot of a rider, Number 26, on a Yamaha, Yellow and Red fairing with "Cringle Construction" sponsor logo, Aral helmet, mainly red outfit. Looks like he's pictured at Creg-ny-Baa. Any ideas, as I cant read the name on the fairing.
