Harry Lundberger
I received this message today from Bo Eklund.
Regret to have to inform you about the death of our old friend Harry Lundberger. Irene Gunnarsson
just rang me to tell that Harry peacefully died in his sleep this morning. Irene was present. I and many other friends have visited Harry the last couple of weeks at the rest home where he was very well taken care of, but it seemed that he had given it all up, we really did not get get in contact wit him any moore.
(Born Febr. 18, 1918, died March 4, 2005).
I have followed Harry since the mid 1940:ies, living not far from where he lived. Knowing him as a good rider on the speedway tracks, the long tracks and also in some road races. In later years he was always present at all old bike meetings. When it was many people around, he liked to play the clown, but when one was alone with him, he was quite another person, a
philosopical thinker with one could discuss all aspects of life

Re: Harry Lundberger
People may know Harry as the chap who came to the TT every year from Sweden on the Honda 90 fitted with a speedway magneto!
The bike is now in Murray's Museum
