Re: Graham Walker
He is the man who is reputed to have, due to a slip of the tongue during a commentary, renamed TATES Cottage up on the hill above the Creg.
He inadvertantly called it "Kates Cottage" and the name stuck since there was already another female-named Cottage on the other side of the Island (Sarahs Cottage).
Graham also was a TT winner..No prizes but does anyone know the year(s) ?
There's Also Glen Helen, Helen !!!
Any other female names ???

Re: Graham Walker
Thanks for all the replies about Graham Walker yes he was the commentator when i first listened on the Light Programe in 1957 and when you think he had a voice not unlike Sir Winston's.
