Benvenuto Cellini, sculptor/goldsmith/author is the only important person that I can think of who was born on Nov 1st.
Even hares have bad hair days, we need more clues than that.

Don -our racing pal's birthday was actually on October 31st.
He is famous for his speed, good looks and colourful hare and handsome suns.
