Complaints about the ACU
Anyone who hasnt had enquiries about the new TT Course licence answered, ie letters, phone calls, e-mails etc, to their satisfaction, or has a general complaint about the ACU's general attitude etc ie not consulting the riders etc, in the introduction of this new licence should send a complaint, with copies of any evidence you have to :-
DTI Companies Investigations Directorate

SW1H 0NN
who may investigate your complaint if they see fit.
In your correspondence you should quote the ACU's Companies no which is 00134679.
If you go to
http://www.dti.gov.uk/cib
you can do it online if you prefer.
This doesnt just apply to ACU licence holders, anyone who has been affected by this licence can complain (Shaun !!!!!)

Let me know when youve set upyour own FMN, Tomcat, and I'll join, until then I'll try the route pointed out to me by someone in a department associated with the DTI.
