Sidecar people
I Have been having a few drives in my mates GSXR1000 sidecar over the last few months, man what a lot of fun! I started my racing years ago in a chair and then changed over to two wheels.

Anyway, I have started thinking seriously about racing one at the 2007 TT

If anyone has any good info or leeds as to who to talk to about this re what type of chair etc, please get in touch

Thanks

Register yourself with http://www.steveenglish.co.uk, and with http://www.sidenet.co.uk , and ask advice there, Shaun, and good luck. That would be awesome!

If you ever need a passenger, Shaun...I could always come out of retirement. Maybe Greg Lambert would give me a reference? LOL!

Freddie Dixon
Only Freddie Dixon, I believe...sidecar in1923 and solo in 1927...

Perhaps Shaun, you could be the first to do the 3+2 in one year !!

Hoping to see you really competitive in 2007 !!

Nigel Rollason won on both two and three wheels in the Island, the 1971 Senior Manx on a Yamroll, and the 1986 Sidecar B on the Barton Phoenix.
Freddie Dixon went won better with a car win in the 1935 Empire Trophy; he was to also win a car TT, but this was held in Ireland
