Those who have been up in arms over the past few months over the TT Course Licence issue (and especially the way in which the matter has been handled by the ACU) may be interested to know who was spotted strolling nonchalently up and down the pit lane on Saturday evening, looking very relaxed and apparently without a care in the world. Yes, you've guessed it - none other than our good friend Jim Parker!
