Last Time
It is some years since I did a real good bus tour of the Island. It used to be a regular thing to do in the days before people brought cars and motorcycles to the TT. We had mystery tours and day trips to Port Erin and Port St.Mary !! The TT course was a whole day and we stopped in Ramsey to take on water, fuel and pemmican....
Frankly I'm looking forward to coming on the organised early morning practice simulation !..
Now see http://www.ianhuntly.co.uk/busstur.htm and digest......
The photo shows one trip we did a few years back which was unfortunately terminated when the bus threw a fetlock up on the mountain. We tried to take the back road down from Brandywell to the west side of the course. We ended up eating the driver and got back to Douglas three days later..The bus is still in the middle of the Island with trees, bushes and other vegetation growing through the floorboards...
Hope you are well John.......Bring tools !
In 2015 I celebrate 68 years as a devoted TTFan
Bookingfor 2016 !!

When people say one thing and mean another its called politics, when organisers say one thing and mean another its called a mistake, when the ACU say one thing and mean another its called information.

Will be in the normal spot I think Larry, so will see if I can have a few beers with you sometime during the few days. Would be good to catch up with you, and as for the paddock being somewhere safe.... lol those scrutineers can be a little vicious at times  , they all know I am kidding and are good for those cups of tea and a little battenburg (have no idea how to spell that) lol
But I hope if anyone see's me doing the checks before scrutineering please say hi as I would love to put some faces to the the names.
Most of all have fun.....
