Yes it is the Ramsey road race which ran for four years 1990 to 1993 incl. Great fun but very dangerous.
You would never recognise the riders, but its Dougie Christian on a TZ 350, Richard Kneen (almost hidden in front of me) on a 250 Suzuki RGV, with Steve Lord Honda CBR 600 following.
I'm just going to find some HARD pics to identify--as long as Cargo is happy to do them for me!
