Road Racing Wallpapers
Hi

Thought I'd put a few images from 2007 on here for you to use as your computer wallpaper (if you want to !) Smile

Just right-click on the image and save as background...

I'll start with this one..Smile

You can right click on any picture on your hard drive and then click set as bakground and that picture will replace the current one.

Or you can click "start" then "control panel" then "display" and open the display tab and reset your background to any of the windows ones

I quite like the one above........who is 136 ?

Thanks mate. I did manage it eventually.

I found that because of all the colours in the picture, it just made the desktop icons more difficult to see.

Thanks Dave I have installed the Rhen Cullen shot, it is brilliant.

I think the charming fellow on the yellow bike looks very talented and surprisingly slim and fit. I bet he has talents way beyond just racing.
I didn't use his image on my computer for fear of causing domestic issues at home.

RE: Road Racing Wallpapers
Ah Mike I made Rhencullen into two words, stupid me.
Some say that in olden times (Foster times) it went by the name of Renurling or Cronk Urleigh. But that was in the 1400s. There is talk that it was the place of assembly or Tynwald until 1428. Urleigh may come from the Irish urliadhe (place of slaughter) or eagle. However on todays course Cronk Urleigh is surely before Kirk Michael?
Other spellings are Rencullyn (Rencullin) A 1515 map shows Rhencullyn as a large area of land:
http://www.digiville.com/alexander/maps/farms.htm
Good name for a house though.
Rest in Peace Don Simons 1942 - 2012

No Don, I wasnt being the pedant!
What I was referring to was that although Rhencullen is there or there abouts, THIS spot as we know it so well is actually another named bend?
