DOT worker charged with manslaughter
I am surprised that no one has picked up on this but a D.O.T employee has been charged with manslaughter after a fatal accident on the verandah on May 14th last year during course preparations, apparently for gross negligence.

The workers union are said to be asking memers to withdraw their labour in regards to putting out the cones for the one way system on the mountain.

This whole question, and the timing of the charge, makes me ask is there some sort of hidden agenda to end the TT.

It is quite clear to me and many others that Michael Moyle is very anti TT and his public voice may now be bringing other dissenters out of the woodwork.Chief Coinstable/Chief marshal what a joke.

Has begger all to do with the TT in my opinion. DoT are notorious with their signage at any time of year not just on the run up to TT.

My point is not whether the DOT are any good or not but the timing of the charge coming as it does just before practice is due to start, that is what prompted me to ask about hidden agendas.

If one wishes to be cynical,as I am renowned to be,were ACU E brought in to make such a monumental cock up of organising the races so as to make us all despair and give up.

I wish Mr E.Nelson all the best,he will need it.

My mate is employed by the DOT and does long hours during the two weeks, The attitude amongst the DOT staff is if they get any negative stick they will withdraw their services, so lets leave this subject alone for the time being. A lot of people are at nerves end with the TT so lets give it a chance to settle down and

ENJOR YOURSELVES AND HAVE A SAFE TT2008
