One of our Aussie members Jan Grainger got to meet a World Champ recently.

Wayne Gardener was the 1987 500cc world champ and he rode at both the North West 200 and the Ulster GP he could well be the last 500cc world champ to have done so.

The big smile from Jan is real and no airbrushing was used apparently the camera malfunctioned (yeah right) and the smile was because she got to hug Wayne a little longer.

Cargo that picture is untouched by human hand, I know Jan and she is her usual radiant self.
Not sure when it was taken though.
Maybe the reason she is laughing is that Wayne is still in his pajamas.
