As a new forum member thought I would add an Avator- downsized the picture to a Max of 10K, and 100 pixels per inch, but get message that the file is too large. Have tried to make it even smaller, even though it can hardly be seen, yet still the same message.
What am I doing wrong?- this is driving me nuts.

Hi Carol,
I think it needs to be 100px by 100px maximum image size, not 100 pixels per inch, which is a resolution, and less than 10k file size. Course I could be wrong.

Started again, the pic in jpeg form is now
width 45 pixels
height 69 pixels
resolution 72 pixels
size 10k

Still get message "The size of the uploaded file is too large."- Any other ideas, if not I think I'll give up.

Carol - send the JPEG to Cargo (Administrator) and he'll attach it for you - that's what I did!
