A party of nineteen prospective newcomers visited the Island during the weekend to familiarise themselves with the Mountain Course and receive expert guidance from visiting Manx Grand Prix Ambassadors Davy Morgan, Rab Davie, David Taylor, Mark Castle and Norman Gordon.

The riders who had travelled from all corners of the UK. Northern Ireland and Eire are hoping to make their debut in the races which get underway on Saturday 22nd August with the opening practice session.

All concerned had a highly enjoyable weekend and expressed their appreciation of the Mike Hailwood Foundation for financially supporting the visits.

A second visit is planned for March which will hopefully be equally as well supported.
Be right back. I am going to go find myself, and if I leave before I get back, make sure to tell me !! -
