Peter was a lovely man, with many, many friends both on the Isle of Man and in Scotland. He will be very much missed and I hope his friends, Ede, the chef and all the others will come back in future years to share memories of him.

Peter was one of the nicest, friendliest most enthusiastic competetors I ever met in 10 years racing on the island. He was always one of the fixtures and fittings that came with the TT/MGP turning up year after year in his battered rusty old van camped out in the paddock with a lovely big smile on his face. A really nice quite unassuming man -Im very sad to hear of his death, I liked him a lot. Sincere condolances to his family and many friends.
