Pit/team help offered at the TT 2014
Hi guys,
I'm an American coming over for the first time in 2014, and I'll be staying the entire fortnight (First practice through Senior). I'd really like to get to know the TT by volunteering for a team, wrenching, assisting with pit stops, anything like that, as I'm not really the touristy-type. I'm a road racer here in the US, and I've always been my own mechanic, from engine to brakes (no mechanical DNFs in my career!). I'm also a suspension engineer by day with a top level American auto racing team, so I'm quite familiar with setups, tires, dampers, springs, etc.
Having said that, if spinning spanners is all you need, I'd love to help! Just looking to keep myself busy and get to know some racers
Thanks, and see you all in May!

Bumping to the top- I was set up with a team, but they have pulled out due to lack of finances. Still looking for a team to volunteer with!!
