I know this is likely to be an unpopular opinion but I think Davies was very lucky not to get penalised following superpole. I'm no fan of the politics and intervention of the stewards in F1 but if a driver posts a personal best sector time in any sector with a yellow flag they get penalised and usually more than just losing the lap time. 
Davies posted fastest sector time in every sector on that lap despite the yellow flag at the last corner. If the governing body of international bike racing isn't going to set an example it's not surprising that no one at club level takes any notice of flags! 
I await a lot people disagreeing with me but I would be interested in other peoples views on this.
