Does anyone know if this was ever released on DVD?

Had a scout around and not found anything, even a youtube link would be better than nothing

I'm afraid you'll have to sign up to BT sport to see it. There are a few 2 minute 'clips' around including on the official Mike Hailwood site. Otherwise you might just find someone who recorded it on the night.
