A question about lap times. Let's say for a six laps race.

1. The first lap is with standing start and flying finish. (That I understand.)
2. The second is with flying start and braking for a pit stop. (Where is the time registered? At the lengthen starting line before entering pit lane?)
3. The third is from the starting line into pit lane and box with flying finish. (Is it including the time for change of rear wheel, filling gas and splash 'n' dash?)
4. The fourth is with flying start and braking for pit stop. (Same as post 2?)
5. The fifth is from the starting line into pit lane and box with flying finish. (Same as post 3?)
6. The last is with flying start and flying finish. (That I understand.)

In that case a lap record is more likely to be set on lap 6, 2 or 4 and maybe 1. At lap 3 and 5 the pit stop for about 40 secs is included?
I presume that the pit stop counts in the lap time. Right?

My main interest is on what of the 6 laps these lap records were set, please?

There are sector times for 2008 - 2013 here-

It doesn't seem to have been updated for 2014 yet, but I can see JM130 fastest lap was set on the final lap in 2013.

After TT 2014, I'm nearly sure M Dunlop has the fastest sectors S/F - Glen Helen, & Ballaugh - Ramsey. The Glen Helen one he did in about 4 minutes 12 secs.
