The more manufacturers at the TT the better.
But can someone tell the Milwaukee boys 11 th isn't a good result for a rider like dean Harrison. Bring people that know what their doing next year smr.

True, however this is really about the big bikes, and in those classes the Beemers did much, much better (still didn't win though).
Was it JM who last took the R1 to victory? I think it was.

It all makes Josh Brookes 129.859 from last year more impressive. If he comes back, and is on a competitive bike he will be straight in contention for wins.

I don't think Josh would be automatically in contention for wins - he's still learning the course. Doing a 129mph lap is very impressive, however to win the big bike races you now need to be doing 132mph laps - that's a lot of time to shave off a lap in one go, especially when you're relatively new, and you've not raced the island for a couple of years.
Top 10, yes, wins no/not yet.
