I'd agree on Robert Dunlop. You can kind of make out his name on the top of the fairing.

Not a clue yet on the other photo.

One of Koala's answers is correct but I'm not going to say which one - yet!

Eman1948 you could well be right.
Sam D rode No:45 in the 2009 MGP ultra lightweight. Finished about 19th I think.

1st shot is Mats Nilsson and the 2nd shot is indeed a young fresh-faced and apple-cheeked Michael Dunlop in the 2006 Newcomer's Manx GP, riding Robert's 125.

That was a tough one....for me anyway 😄
