Hi.all do we know when there will be an announcement on this years classic, if its going to be run

I'm sure I heard there would be an announcement in March. 

Yup, March has been suggested.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed as vaccine roll-out should be a good way through by then, provided no worse variants appear and people need to continue to minimise contact to help ward that possibility off.

All cross your fingers and toes!!! Me and the Girlfriend had a romantic weekend break booked for the IOM last year and we've had to move the dates three times now. She asked me last time when she should move them to so I said the last weekend in August would be good. Nothing wrong with a romantic weekend away with a bit of bike racing thrown in!!!!

Vaccine administration months ahead of schedule on the island - First dose to all island adults by the end of May, second by early August.

Promising news for the likelyhood of the Manx GP / Classic TT going ahead.

TT was cancelled 6 months in advance and we are approaching that timescale now. I realise the Classic/MGP has less visitors but still a major event. I do worry for the S100 with this latest outbreak, don’t want to claim another refund.

I would hope for an announcement within the next week or two,
 after all, 
they said March.
