I can't find anything official, but I anticipate next Monday 08.30,
as last year,
i see some others think this too, but nothing on Steam packet site yet.
EE charged me almost £4 for just under five minutes outside of my plan to book the round island sail from my mobile as they could not do it online. They had other booking references for me so no need to give too much detail.
Not cheap.

I had to phone The Steam Packet in February as I had an issue with this years booking.
I was charged almost £9.00 on my mobile as I was on site.
Daylight robbery.
Strange thing is the old number 01624 661661 still works. I used this when I phoned them the other day and 01624 doesn’t incur extra charges on a mobile.

Strange, I tried that before my call and got a message to say it was chargeable from mobiles, I ended the call quick!

I’ve just this minute tried it again and it doesn’t mention anything regarding charges. I’ve also looked at my BT mobile account and the number is listed from the other day, it says the call was free. ( as part of my contract minutes).
Whether it’s worth the risk on Monday god only knows.
