Time flies, only 2½ hours now.

I've got phone and online running..... Just got through to being on hold. Online is currently a hour and half wait

Done and dusted

Out Friday the 31st at 11:45 back Monday the 10th at 08:45.

Heysham both ways.... That'll do me.

Not too bad compared to past years where I've been on the phone for hours and hours.

Now, i can settle into salivating over this year's TT.

The most stressfull day of the year...! Got through on the website. Out from Liverpool a.m. May 24th and back to Liverpool 10 a.m. Monday June 10th. Didn't look like there were any return sunday sailings left.

Right...off out with Sheep Doggie Dogg for his morning walk to try and decompress!

On the phone at 0830, constant redial and finally booked at 1020.
It’s worth all the hassle in the end.
Roll on next Thursday!!

Similar here, on at 08:30, I had an hour of redial, then about 20minutes of being on hold then boom.... It's booked.

I never got any sense with the website

Excellent system with the online booking now.
I logged on at 0829 and booked the exact sailings I wanted at 0920. Had my breakfast waiting as I was given the exact countdown.
At first it said over 3 hours but counted down really quickly. Well done The Steam Packet.
I was on the phone also with no luck.

Being in a van I can’t book online unfortunately. I dread this day but the elation when you hear “Welcome to the Isle of Man Steampacket Company” cannot be underestimated!!!
A loyalty scheme regarding ferries would be most welcome.

I'd be happy with that too. I remember the days when you sauntered down to the ferry terminal in Douglas during TT week to book the year afters. And, usually got your ferries without trouble.

It's all a bit hit and miss. I were on the phone for about an hour and half with the redial, on hold and then speaking but I'd logged onto the website alongside the phone at 08:30 and never got out of a queue on the website.

Obviously closed the website when i got through to speak.

Happy to be booked on though, it's a relief every year to get it sorted.

I didnt bother trying to phone this year. I went to the terminal at the Pier Head, not that many there but it still took 2 hours to bee seen. When I arrived at 8.35am, I checked the website, 7hr+ wait.

surprisingly easy this morning, logged in at 7.30, 1 hour 30 wait/countdown. bosh, ferries we wanted from Heysham.
Think thats has to be the second easiest in 22 years

I was on the phone and my misses was on her kindle eventually i got on it on the phone at10.00 going out on Thursday evening of practice week from Liverpool and coming back on the Monday after race week to Liverpool sorted 👍
