I think there is a germ of a very good idea here!
The question is, who could pick it up and run with it?
This could be more than a good idea, it could
happen.

How about the Manx Motorcycle Club?
It could be sponsored by any one of a number
of people.
There are IT companys, ISPs, etc, etc.
