From the former Norton motorcycle works in Aston to Tanworth in Arden (10 miles). Start time 11.20am at Norton, Bracebridge Street, Aston, Birmingham

The Mike Hailwood Memorial Run is held every March from the former Norton Works in Bracebridge Street, Aston, Birmingham.

The 2005 run saw a record 150 riders attend.

Please do not let this great man be forgotten, make the effort and be there, even if you come by car and go straight to the church of St Mary Magdalene at Tanworth in Arden for the memorial service at 1:00pm "

The actual date of the accident that took the lives of Mike and his daughter Michelle was March 21st. Michelle died at the scene. Mike lived for two days in hospital and died on the 23rd of March, 1981.
