On Saturday there was some discussion regarding collective nouns.
I've discovered that the collective noun for a group of pheasants is

A bouquet of pheasants

Still working on greenfinches but so far it's a charm of finches

Aparently a bouquet of pheasants only become a bouquet once they've been flushed on the ground they are a covey
