i'm not trying to stir things up here charlie [sorry, what was that you just said? Big Grin ], but until i posted what i did, the subject of dear old kent was totally ignored, so basically my posting did its job. it got people posting and it got a few facts and figures about kent brought up to be talked about again. job done. i mean, come on, hands up all those that WERE going to post something on this thread? you see, not one to be seen Tongue
however i am sorry to report that i never knew kent or saw him racing, as i never got interested in the racing side of things till '84, and road racing until '93 [apart from aberdare and scarborough]. bit of a late starter.
