One name missing from the Endurance results was Barry Sheene. He was riding a 500 Kawasaki triple with a MONSTER petrol tank, I think it was for one of the London dealers, possibly Revetts. Seems it took control round the back of the circuit and pitched him off. I have a shot of him walking the bent Kwaka back to the paddock.
