Male chauvanists
I had just spent a very difficult, hot day, working at Nobles hospital, and I was due to go to the paddock at about 4pm.I was on my bike as it has been easier to get about from my home in Ballaugh. It took me about 40 minutes to get from the hospital to the paddock, via the TT access road,as it was choked with 4x4's being driven by women who had not a clue as to their width,so were afraid to pull over so another vehicle could pass.By the time I reached the paddock ,my bike was beginning to overheat,as I was too! The guy on the gate waved me down as I had no paddock access sticker.I have a paddock pass and a Klaffi Hospitality pass, but he would not let me in with my bike, even though several other bikes were going through with no passes.I could not park my bike and walk in,as there was no room and I was unable to manoevre it up a high kerb to park it.This is not the first time by a long way, that this has happened to me on the IoM,an I feel that I have as much right to be there as a great many of the paddock poseurs.Surely,as the first lady to ride a decent size bike at the TT, they can at least let me in the paddock. To be honest,I am p****d off with the lot of it Evil
