smilie Delayed Start called with 15 seconds to the start of the race smilie

A 15 minute delay caused by a dog out on the circuit in the vicinity of Glen Lough campsite.

Is Barny out and about again this year ???

Last time he got out, it was a 2 hour delay !!!
